Wind a subscription down gracefully in Cornerspot — open its detail page, click Cancel at period end, and confirm with Schedule cancellation so the customer keeps service through the current period before it cancels automatically.

Cancel a subscription right away in Cornerspot — open its detail page, click Cancel immediately in the Advanced section, type “cancel” to confirm, and apply it. The subscription moves to the terminal Cancelled status.

Delete a subscription created in error in Cornerspot — use the trash icon on its row (or the Advanced section of its detail page), confirm, and it’s gone from your list. Deletes are soft, so a removed subscription stays recoverable from Trash. Cancel instead when a real subscription has ended.

Pause a subscription to stop billing temporarily, then resume it later — open the subscription, click Pause and confirm, and later click Resume and confirm to restart invoicing on the current schedule.

Subscription line items, taxes, and discounts are locked after creation — to upgrade, downgrade, or restructure a plan, cancel the subscription (at period end to avoid a gap) and create a replacement with the new products and pricing.
