Style your live chat widget from the Branding tab's “Look & feel” card: set colors, the launcher style and label, and the icon, then Save. A live preview updates as you edit, and changes apply on every site that embeds the widget.

Customize the visitor-facing copy on the Copy card in Live Chat Settings — the greeting, title, subtitle, offline message, and more. Each field's placeholder is the default used when you leave it blank, and saved changes apply to every embedded widget automatically.

Control the small “Powered by Cornerspot” credit on your chat widget from the Look & feel card in Live Chat Settings. Hiding it needs the white-label add-on; once active, the toggle hides or restores the credit and every embedded widget updates automatically.
