Building Forms

Add built-in contact fields to a form in Cornerspot: open the Builder, click + Add Field, stay on the Standard Fields tab, and pick fields like Phone and Job Title that map straight to the contact record.

Control how labels sit next to inputs on a form: open ⚙ Settings, and in the Layout section pick Stacked, Horizontal, or Floating. The choice applies to the whole form and saves automatically.

Build a lead-capture form in Cornerspot: open Forms, click Create form, name it, add fields in the builder, set the submit text and success message, and save — ready to embed anywhere.

Pre-fill a form field when the form loads: add a custom field, open its editor, expand the Advanced section, choose a Default Value, and save. Visitors can still change it.

Reuse an existing form as a starting point: open Forms, find the form, click Duplicate, and Cornerspot deep-copies its fields and options into a new "(Copy)" form that starts unpublished and ready to edit.

Tour the Cornerspot Forms list: read the columns, search and filter to find a form, use the channel chips and submissions link, and use the per-row Download QR code, Duplicate, and Delete actions — or click a row to open the builder.

Use the Live Preview in Cornerspot to see your form exactly as visitors will — it updates in real time as you add fields, change the layout, and edit the submit text, so you can catch issues before you publish.

Configure the choices for Single Select and Multi Select form fields in Cornerspot: add a custom field, set the data type, add options with labels and values, reorder or remove them, and set a placeholder.

Customize a form's look in Cornerspot: open the Publish wizard, pick a channel, and use the Container, Fields, Labels, and Submit button style sections — with a live preview — to match the page it lives on.

Control what visitors see after they submit: open a form's ⚙ Settings, edit the Submit Button Text, Success Message, and an optional Redirect URL in the Details section, then Save settings.
