The subscription detail page is your single view into one recurring billing relationship. It gathers everything about a subscription — its status, what it bills, the money it has generated, its invoices, its activity, and the records it's linked to — onto one page at /dashboard/billing/subscriptions/{id}. This guide walks through every region so you know exactly where to look.
How to read the subscription detail page
Open any subscription from the list under Members & Billing → Subscriptions (click a row, or the view icon on it) to reach its detail page. Here's what each part shows.
1. The header
The header at the top carries the essentials: the status pill (Trialing, Active, Paused, Past due, Cancelled, or Expired), the subscription number (like SUB-000001), the customer, the billing frequency, the charge method, and the currency. Action buttons such as Edit plan and the lifecycle controls live here too.

2. The “Recurring revenue” card
This hero card is the money summary. It shows the recurring amount with its cadence, plus stat cards for the Period total, Accrued so far, and Lifetime billed. A Current period progress bar and lifecycle steps show where the subscription is in its cycle and what happens next.

3. The “Upcoming invoice” card
Just below, the Upcoming invoice card tells you when the next invoice will issue and its estimated total, along with the charge method that will collect it.

4. The “Plan items” table
The Plan items table breaks down exactly what the subscription charges for each period — description, quantity, unit price, and line subtotal — with a totals band beneath it: Recurring subtotal, any Discounts, Tax, and the Period total.

5. The “Invoices” and “Activity” cards
The Invoices card lists every invoice this subscription has generated (with a filter to narrow by status), and clicking a row opens that invoice. The Activity timeline below it logs the subscription's lifecycle and billing events, with its own filter for billing-only or lifecycle-only events.

6. The sidebar
The right-hand sidebar gathers the supporting details: a Customer card (account name, billing email, and a link to the account), a Subscription metadata card (subscription ID, status, cadence, term, Auto-renew, Auto-finalize invoices, started date, trial ended, next invoice, and currency), and a Linked records card connecting the subscription to its customer, payment method, originating deal, and products.

Tips
- The status pill in the header is the fastest health check — Active and Trialing are healthy, while Past due flags a billing problem.
- Use the Recurring revenue card to see accrued and lifetime figures at a glance without opening individual invoices.
- Line items, taxes, and discounts shown under Plan items are fixed at creation — to change them, cancel the subscription and create a new one.
- The Linked records → Deal row appears when the subscription was created by converting a closed-won deal.
