If your website is built with CornerSpot, you don't need any code to add live chat — there's a single toggle in the Website Builder. Once it's on, the chat widget appears on every published page of your CornerSpot site, styled to match your branding automatically, and the loader is injected for you at publish time. This guide shows you exactly where to flip it on.
How to add live chat to your CornerSpot website
The website-wide live-chat toggle lives in the Website Builder at /dashboard/website/builder — not in the Live Chat settings area. Here's the path, start to finish.
1. Open the Website Builder
From your dashboard, open the Website Builder. This is where you edit your CornerSpot site's pages, navigation, and site-wide settings — including live chat.

2. Open the Live Chat panel
In the builder's left sidebar, click Live Chat. A panel slides in with the Enable section ready to go.


3. Turn on “Live Chat on this website”
Switch on Live Chat on this website. CornerSpot saves automatically — you'll see a “Saved” indicator — and the panel confirms “Chat is showing on every published page.” The widget now renders across your whole site with no snippet to paste.


Show or hide chat on specific pages
Under the website-wide toggle, the Per page list lets you fine-tune where chat appears. Use Enable all or Disable all for the whole site, or flip individual pages on and off. Per-page settings are remembered even while the website-wide toggle is off — but chat won't render anywhere until that master toggle is on.
What happens on your published site
Once enabled, the chat launcher appears on every published page of your CornerSpot website. The loader is injected automatically at publish time, so there's no embed code to copy and no allowed-domain to add — your CornerSpot site is authorized for you. The launcher is styled to match your site, and you can fine-tune its look and wording from the same panel's Look & feel section (it shares the chat widget's branding settings).
Where the conversations go
Chats started from your CornerSpot website land in the same Live Chat Inbox as every other surface — your Members Portal and any external sites you embed the widget on. You and your team reply from one shared queue, so no matter where a visitor reaches out, the conversation is handled in the same place.
Note: live chat is available on plans that include the Live Chat feature. If your plan doesn't include it, turning the toggle on prompts you to add the module to your plan.
