A QR code turns a form's public link into something people can scan with their phone — perfect for posters, flyers, packaging, table tents, or an event booth. In Cornerspot you can download a form's QR code straight from the Forms list, in a couple of clicks. Here's how.
Before you start: the form needs a shareable link
A QR code points to a form's public shareable link, so the form has to be published to one first. Once it is, you'll see a Shareable link chip on the form's row in the list, and a Download QR code action appears alongside it. If you don't see the QR action yet, open the form and publish it to a shareable link (see How to publish a form to a public shareable link) — that also requires a connected website domain.
How to download a form's QR code
1. Open Forms and find your form
From the dashboard, select Forms in the left-hand menu to open your forms list. Use the Search forms… box at the top to find the form you want to share — you can search by its name or its slug.

2. Check for the "Shareable link" chip
In the form's row, the Shareable link chip in the Channels column confirms the form has a public link — which is what the QR code will point to. (Clicking the chip copies that link to your clipboard.)

3. Click "Download QR code"
On the right side of the row, hover over the QR-code icon — its tooltip reads Download QR code — and click it. Cornerspot generates the code and downloads it instantly as a PNG named after the form's slug (for example event-signup-qr-demo-qr.png), and a QR code downloaded toast confirms it's saved.

4. Use your QR code
The downloaded PNG is a high-resolution, print-ready image you can drop into a poster, flyer, deck, or product packaging. Here's the code this form produced:

What happens when someone scans it
Scanning the QR code opens your form's hosted page right in the person's phone browser — the same page the shareable link goes to. When they fill it out and submit, the entry flows into your Submissions inbox, tagged with its source, just like any other submission. Cornerspot matches each submitter to an existing contact by email or phone, or creates a new lead, so scans from the real world feed straight into your CRM.
Tips
- Print the QR code large enough to scan comfortably from a normal viewing distance — bigger is better on posters and signage.
- Keep the form short. People scanning on a phone are quick to bounce, so ask only for what you need.
- The QR code always points to the form's current shareable link, so you can reprint it without re-downloading as long as the link stays the same.
- Want to copy the link instead of printing it? Click the Shareable link chip to copy the URL to your clipboard.
