Forms is an add-on module in Cornerspot. If your plan already includes it, opening Forms takes you straight into the builder. If it doesn't, you'll see an upsell page instead — and adding the module to your subscription unlocks the full builder and unlimited forms. This guide shows what that upsell page looks like and how to turn Forms on.
What you'll see when Forms isn't on your plan
Open Forms from the left-hand menu. When Forms is part of your plan, you land on the Forms hub — your forms, submissions, and settings, all in one place.

When your plan doesn't include the Forms module, that same page shows an upsell instead of the builder. It headlines "One form, captured everywhere your customers can find you," and gives you everything you need to decide whether to add it.

What the upsell page tells you
What you get with Forms
The "What you get with Forms" section lays out the core capabilities of the module:
- Visual form designer — build and arrange fields, set labels and validation, and reorder by feel.
- One submissions inbox — every entry, from every channel, lands in one filterable place with answers, source page, and timestamps.
- Feeds your CRM — submissions become CRM leads automatically, with the form, source, and answers attached.
- Source-tagged on submit — know exactly which page, post, or partner a lead came in from.

Four ways to put a form in front of someone
It also previews the four publishing channels — build a form once, then publish it through whichever fits the moment, with every submission landing in the same inbox:
- Cornerspot Website — drop a form block onto any page of your site.
- Members Portal — publish to signed-in customers, with their details pre-filled.
- Shareable Link — a clean public URL for the form, perfect for emails, social, or a QR code.
- External websites — paste one snippet to embed the form on any third-party site you control.

How to add the Forms module
1. Click "Add Forms"
The upsell page has an Add Forms button (shown as + Add Forms in the hero, and again at the bottom of the page). Clicking it is all it takes to start adding the module.

2. Add Forms to your subscription
The button takes you to your Plan page, under Settings → Plan & Billing → Plan, where you choose the modules and capacity your team needs. Add the Forms module to your subscription here. (If you're not the team owner or an admin, you may need someone with billing access to make the change.)

3. You're ready to build
Once Forms is active on your plan, the upsell page is replaced by the full builder. You'll have unlimited forms and the complete designer — ready to create your first form and publish it to any channel.

Good to know
- The upsell page appears anywhere Forms is gated — the hub, the forms list, the submissions inbox, and form settings all show it until the module is added.
- Both Add Forms buttons go to the same place: your Plan page.
- Adding Forms unlocks unlimited forms and every publishing channel — your website, the Members portal, shareable links, and external embeds.
