Your team is everyone who works alongside you in Cornerspot. There are no per-seat charges, so you can invite everyone who needs access. Adding a teammate takes just a few clicks from the Team Members page. This guide shows you how.
How to invite a teammate in Cornerspot
Inviting a teammate is an admin action. You send an invitation by email; the recipient creates a password — or signs in if they already have a Cornerspot account — to join your team.
1. Open the Team Members page
From your Account Settings, open the Team Members tile (at /dashboard/settings/team-members). This shows everyone on your team, with an Invite teammate button in the top-right corner.

2. Click “Invite teammate”
Select Invite teammate to open the invite panel. It slides in from the right so you never lose your place in the list.

3. Enter their name and email
Fill in the teammate’s Full name and the Email address where the invitation should be sent. Both are required.

4. Choose a role
Pick a Role to set how much access the teammate has. A short hint under the field describes what the selected role can do:
- Rep — Read-only access to people and pipelines.
- Manager — Can edit deals, contacts, and reports.
- Admin — Full access including team and billing settings.
You can change a teammate’s role later from their detail panel.

5. Send the invitation
When everything looks right, click Send invitation. Cornerspot emails the invite and the teammate appears in your list right away.

6. They appear as “Invited”
The new teammate shows in your Team Members list with an Invited status. Once they accept the invitation and join, that status changes to Active.

What happens after you invite someone
- They get an email: The recipient clicks the link to create a password — or signs in if they already use Cornerspot — and joins your team.
- Invited until accepted: The teammate stays in the Invited state until they accept; an Expired badge appears if the invitation link lapses.
- Resend or void: From the teammate’s detail panel you can Resend invitation if the email was lost, or Void invitation to stop the existing link from working.
- No per-seat charges: Inviting teammates doesn’t add a per-seat cost, so you can bring your whole team on board.
Tips for inviting teammates
- Double-check the email address — the invitation goes exactly where you type it.
- Start people at the least access they need; you can always promote them later.
- Reserve Admin for people who manage the team and billing — only admins can invite teammates, manage API keys, and reach the activity log and trash.
