By default, your members portal shows a small “Powered by Cornerspot” credit at the bottom of the sidebar. With the white-label add-on you can hide it — or show it again — from Portal Settings. This guide shows you how, and what your members see.
How to show or hide the “Powered by Cornerspot” branding
The setting lives in Portal Settings, on the Branding tab. It’s a single switch — there’s no separate Save button, because it saves the moment you toggle it.
1. Open Portal Settings
From the dashboard, open Members Portal in the left-hand menu, then choose Portal Settings. You’ll land on the Branding tab, where you’ll find the Powered by Cornerspot branding switch near the top.
2. Toggle the switch off
Click the Powered by Cornerspot branding switch to turn it off. The change saves automatically — Cornerspot confirms with a quick “Branding hidden” message. The credit disappears from the portal sidebar on each member’s next load; there’s nothing for your customers to do.
Hiding the credit requires the white-label add-on. If your plan doesn’t include it yet, clicking the switch opens a window where you can add white-label to your subscription — after that, the switch turns off exactly as shown here.
3. See it in your members portal
Open your portal and sign in as a member. The “Powered by Cornerspot” credit that used to sit at the bottom of the sidebar is now gone, leaving a clean, fully white-labeled portal.
Showing the credit again
To bring the credit back, return to the same switch on the Branding tab and turn it on. As with hiding it, the change saves automatically and applies to every member on their next portal load.
More ways to brand your portal
- Logo, name & colors: Set your logo, brand name, and accent color from the same Branding tab so the portal looks entirely like yours.
- Login greeting: Add a custom welcome message under your name on the sign-in page.
- Your own domain: Attach a custom domain from the Domain tab so the portal lives on your address.
- Menu & sections: Choose which sections appear in the portal and rename them to match your customers’ vocabulary.
