Your members portal gives customers a single place to pay invoices, manage subscriptions, review documents, and get support. Not every section applies to every business, though — so Cornerspot lets you choose exactly which sections appear in the portal’s menu. Hide the ones you don’t use, and your customers see a clean, focused menu. This guide shows you how.
How to choose which sections appear in your member portal menu
The portal menu is controlled in Portal Settings, on the Branding tab, in the Portal menu section. Each section of the portal has its own visibility toggle — turn one off and its menu item disappears for every member.
1. Open Portal Settings
From the dashboard, open Members Portal in the left-hand menu, then choose Portal Settings. You’ll land on the Branding tab, where the portal menu options live.

2. Find the Portal menu section
Scroll down the Branding tab to the Portal menu section. You’ll see a list of every portal section — Dashboard, Invoices, Subscriptions, Payment methods, Billing history, Documents, Signing Requests, Help center, Support, Notifications, and Account — each with its own visibility switch.

3. Switch off the sections you want to hide
Turn off the toggle next to any section you don’t want in the menu. In this example we switch off Subscriptions, so it won’t appear in the member portal’s sidebar. You can hide as many sections as you like — leave the ones your customers need switched on.

4. Save your changes
Click Save changes. The updated menu applies to the portal on each member’s next load — there’s nothing for your customers to do.

Open your portal address and sign in to see the result…

…and the sidebar menu now shows only the sections you kept — Subscriptions is gone, leaving a cleaner, more focused menu for your customers.
