Your members portal is the self-service home your customers sign in to — to pay invoices, manage subscriptions, review documents, and get support. With a few settings you can make it look entirely like yours: your logo, your colors, and your name across every screen. This guide shows you how.
How to brand your member portal in Cornerspot
Portal branding lives in Portal Settings, on the Branding tab. Here’s the quickest path, start to finish.
1. Open Portal Settings
From the dashboard, open Members Portal in the left-hand menu, then choose Portal Settings. You’ll land on the Branding tab, where all of your portal’s look-and-feel options live.
2. Set your brand name
In the Brand name field, enter the name you want customers to see. It appears on the portal sign-in page and in the sidebar once they’re signed in. Leave it blank to fall back to your team name.
3. Add your logo
Next to Logo, click Choose and pick an image from your media library (logos must be an image — videos can’t be used). Your logo replaces the brand name at the top of the portal sidebar and on the sign-in screen. You can set a Favicon the same way — that’s the small icon shown in the browser tab.
4. Choose an accent color
Set the Accent color with the color picker or by typing a 6-digit hex value (for example #2d3a8c). The accent tints buttons, links, and the active menu item throughout the portal, so it carries your brand into every interaction.
5. Save your changes
Click Save changes. Your branding is applied to the portal on each member’s next load — there’s nothing for your customers to do.

…and once a member signs in, your branding carries through the whole portal — the sidebar logo, the brand name, and the accent color on buttons and the active menu item.
More ways to brand your portal
- Login greeting: Add a custom welcome message under your name on the sign-in page from the same Branding tab.
- Powered by Cornerspot: The small Cornerspot credit in the portal sidebar can be hidden with the white-label add-on.
- Your own domain: Start on a free Cornerspot subdomain, then attach a custom domain from the Domain tab so the portal lives on your address.
- Menu & sections: Choose which sections appear in the portal and rename them to match your customers’ vocabulary.
