Some files are meant for everyone — a welcome guide, your terms of service, a price list, or a help sheet. In Cornerspot you can share a document with all of your portal users at once, and it shows up in the Shared section of every member’s portal, ready to download. This guide shows you how.
How to share a document with all portal users in Cornerspot
Shared documents are managed in Portal Settings, on the Documents tab. Anything you upload there is visible to every portal user who signs in.
1. Open Portal Settings
From the dashboard, open Members Portal in the left-hand menu, then choose Portal Settings.

2. Go to the Documents tab
Select the Documents tab. Files you add here are shared with every portal user — they’ll appear in the “Documents” section of the portal for all of them.

3. Click Upload document
Click Upload document to open the upload panel.
4. Add the file details
Give the document a Title (it falls back to the filename if you leave it blank) and an optional Description that members will see. Then choose the file — Cornerspot accepts PDFs and images up to 10 MB.

5. Upload it
Click Upload document. The file is shared immediately and appears in your shared documents list. You can reorder, edit, or remove it any time using the menu on its row.

What portal users see
When any member signs in to the portal and opens Documents, your file is waiting under the “Shared” section — available to everyone — ready to download.

Sharing documents more narrowly
- Share with an account: Upload a document on a CRM account’s Documents tab to share it with everyone who signs in under that account.
- Share with one person: Open a portal user’s detail page and upload a document in their Documents section to share it privately with just them.
- Removing access: Deleting a shared document removes it from every member’s portal right away — there’s nothing for them to do.
