By default, the Activities page shows your calls, emails, meetings, and tasks as a list. When you'd rather see them laid out by date, Cornerspot offers a calendar view that arranges every activity on a month grid. This guide shows you how to switch to it.
How to view your activities as a calendar in Cornerspot
Switching views takes a single click — and you can jump straight to the calendar with a bookmarkable link. Here's the quickest path.
1. Open the Activities page
From the dashboard, select Activities in the left-hand menu. This opens your activity list, with a List / Calendar view toggle in the top-right of the page header.

2. Click the “Calendar” tab
Select Calendar in the view toggle. Cornerspot swaps the list for a month grid and lays each activity out on the day it occurs.

Working with the calendar
The calendar shows the current month by default. From here you can:
- Scan by date: Each activity sits on the day it happens, so a busy week or a quiet stretch is obvious at a glance.
- Open an activity: Click an event on the calendar to view or edit it, just as you would from the list.
- Add for a specific day: Use the add control on a day cell to create an activity already dated to that day.
- Switch back any time: Click List in the same toggle to return to the table view.
Jump straight to the calendar
When you switch to the calendar, the page address updates to end in ?view=calendar — for example /dashboard/activities?view=calendar. Bookmark that link to open Activities directly in calendar view next time, skipping the toggle entirely.
Which view should I use?
- List view is best for searching, sorting, filtering, and bulk actions across many activities.
- Calendar view is best for seeing how your activities are spread across the month and spotting gaps or clashes.
