Your Media library is the single home for the images and videos you reuse across Cornerspot — on your website, in forms, and in emails. Uploading an image takes just a couple of clicks from the Media page. This guide shows you how.
How to upload images to your Media library in Cornerspot
Images are uploaded straight from the Media Library page — no extra dialog to fill in. Here’s the quickest path, start to finish.
1. Open the Media library
From the dashboard, open Media under the Marketing section of the left-hand menu. This opens your Media Library, where you can manage every image and video for your website, forms, and emails. The + Add images button sits in the top-right corner.

2. Click “+ Add images”
Select + Add images to open your computer’s file picker. You can choose a single image or select several at once — Cornerspot will upload them all.

3. Choose your image files
Pick the image you want to add. The Media library accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG files, and each file can be up to 10 MB. If a file is too large or in an unsupported format, Cornerspot lets you know with a quick message instead of uploading it.

4. Your image is ready to use
Uploading starts the moment you select your files — there’s nothing else to confirm. Each new image appears as a card in your library, named after its file. From here you can search for it, edit its name and details, or drop it into your website, forms, and emails.

Supported image formats and limits
- Formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG.
- File size: up to 10 MB per image.
- Multiple uploads: select several images at once and they’ll upload together.
- Naming: each image is named after its filename — you can rename it later from the library.
Where your library images can be used
Once an image is in your library, you can reuse it anywhere Cornerspot lets you insert media — there’s no need to upload the same file twice:
- Website: add images to pages, sections, and banners on your Cornerspot site.
- Forms: include images in the forms you publish and embed.
- Emails: drop saved images into your email campaigns and templates.
Tips for a tidy Media library
- Use clear, descriptive filenames before uploading so images are easy to find later.
- Compress large photos to stay well under the 10 MB limit and keep your pages fast.
- Prefer SVG for logos and icons, and JPEG or WEBP for photos.
- Add a name and details after uploading so the right teammates can reuse the image.
